Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and dependable General Laborers to support day-to-day warehouse or production operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, flexible, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. General Laborers play a vital role in keeping operations on track by performing a variety of tasks ranging from material handling to site cleanup.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials by hand or with basic equipment
- Assist with packing, sorting, labeling, and assembling products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support machine operators and other skilled workers as needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Perform other general tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Steel-toe boots and safety gear required on most sites
