Job Title: Machine Operator (Manufacturing/Warehouse)
Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and safety-minded Machine Operators to run, monitor, and maintain machinery in a production or warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operation experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely. You will play a key role in ensuring products are made to specification and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate industrial machines per specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Perform routine maintenance and clean machines between runs
- Document production output and report equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator (6+ months preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
